Mr. Procaccianti, President and Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for the overall strategic planning, leadership, and organizational advancement of Procaccianti Companies and its multiple operating companies and affiliates.

Under his leadership since 1980, the company has grown to become one of the largest and most respected privately owned real estate investment and management organizations in the United States. Mr. Procaccianti has directed the company through thousands of transactions representing billions of dollars in diversified real estate investments in more than 300 cities across 42 states coast-to-coast.

For over 40 years, Mr. Procaccianti has been in the business of acquiring, renovating, managing, and financing investment real estate. Mr. Procaccianti possesses the hands-on experience that can only come from having owned, managed, or developed millions of square feet of real estate and billions of dollars of commercial and residential properties.

Within the hospitality industry, Mr. Procaccianti has owned, operated, and managed nearly 600 hotels and forged franchise relationships with the world’s leading global hotel brands, including Hyatt, Marriott, Hilton, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and many others. Additionally, he has completed numerous complex acquisitions with national institutional real estate investors, such as GE Pension Trust, Starwood, FelCor, Lend Lease, Host Marriott/Marriott International, Bank of America, and CalPERS, the largest public employee pension fund in the United States.

Mr. Procaccianti is a highly active corporate citizen, serving on multiple executive boards, including the Board of Trustees for Rhode Island Hospital, the Advisory Committee for Hasbro Children’s Hospital, and the Board of Directors for Crossroads RI, Rhode Island’s largest homeless shelter. Additionally, Mr. Procaccianti established the Procaccianti Family Foundation, which provides monetary and in-kind support for dozens of non-profit organizations.

Mr. Procaccianti was recently recognized as one of the top 25 “Driving Forces” for his contributions to the Rhode Island business community for his efforts and success over the past twenty-five years. Mr. Procaccianti attended Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island.

For nearly 35 years, Ms. Procaccianti has been responsible for the executive management and operational performance of TPG’s national hospitality portfolio, which has included over 170 hotels for leading global brands like Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Choice, and others, as well as multiple independent and boutique properties. Under her leadership, the TPG portfolio of hotels has consistently outperformed the industry in most key metrics and profitability.

Ms. Procaccianti oversees approximately 30 corporate-level associates and a national workforce of thousands across all operational disciplines, including revenue management, sales and marketing, human resources, brand compliance, finance, accounting, and risk management. She has built a staff of experienced hospitality professionals both at the hotel and corporate levels that have been trained on the successful containment of costs through sophisticated controls and operating procedures. Ms. Procaccianti has an unprecedented track record of generating profits by maximizing revenue through aggressive sales and marketing, revenue management, and superior guest satisfaction.

Over the past 30-plus years, Ms. Procaccianti has been an integral part of Procaccianti Companies’ growth through her participation on the Executive Board, Leadership Committee, and Investment Committee, providing guidance in all facets of the organization. Elizabeth has served on the Owner Advisory Boards for Starwood Hotels and Hilton Hotels and is also a former board member of both the Providence/Warwick Convention & Visitors Bureau and the Rhode Island Hospitality Association. Ms. Procaccianti is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor’s Degree in English/Business.

Gregory D. Vickowski, Chief Financial Officer, is a Principal of Procaccianti Companies and a senior member of the Company’s Investment Committee. Working side by side with two generations of leadership for three decades, Mr. Vickowski has been integral in driving the company’s unprecedented growth and evolution of the firm’s vertically integrated platform, which has propelled the organization among the top echelon of U.S.-based real estate investment and services firms.

Mr. Vickowski has personally been involved with approximately $1.5B in equity investments, $3B in debt financings, and approximately $4B in total real estate and hotel transactions. As CFO, Mr. Vickowski oversees all aspects of the firm’s investment strategy and asset management of the company’s national real estate portfolio, while supervising all functional areas of accounting, tax management, information technology, and management of the company’s multiple investment funds. Mr. Vickowski has developed tenured relationships with the top pension, private equity, endowment, High Net Worth, and family office investors in the world, as well as leading hotel brands like Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt, and premier lenders like JP Morgan, Bank of America, and Deutsche Bank. Additionally, Mr. Vickowski has orchestrated numerous transactions with premier investment partners including LoneStar Funds, Rockbridge, BlueDog Capital, InvestCorp, and CalPERS – the largest employee pension fund in the United States.

Under his leadership, the firm has established an extensive network of financial, brand, broker, and investment partners that enable the organization, and its multiple operating affiliates, to execute a business strategy that has continuously delivered above-market, risk-adjusted returns. Mr. Vickowski earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth in Business Administration, a Master’s Degree from the University of Rhode Island in Business with course concentrations in Finance and MIS and a Master’s Degree in Taxation from Bryant University. Currently, he is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association and the Hotel Asset Management Association.

Mr. Vickowski is recognized nationally as a subject matter expert with regular editorial contributions to industry publications including Hotel Business Magazine and Hotel Management Magazine, and is a sought-after guest speaker with recent engagements including the Great Boston Real Estate Finance Association and the Boston University Distinguished Speaker Series. Mr. Vickowski is a past recipient of the ‘CFO of the Year’ by Providence Business News.

As Chief Construction Officer and Principal, Mr. Bacon is responsible for executive-level oversight and implementation of all development, construction, renovation, and capital expenditure projects throughout the Procaccianti family of companies and affiliates.

Since joining TPG in 1985, Mr. Bacon has managed the development, construction, and/or renovation of more than $3.5 billion in project value comprising hundreds of hospitality, commercial, and residential real estate improvement projects. Under his leadership, the firm has been recognized with multiple renovation and development awards from the world’s leading global hotel brands including Marriott’s “Renovation of the Year,” Hilton Hotel’s “Best Hotel Renovation,” and InterContinental Hotel’s “Developer of the Year.”

In addition to Mr. Bacon’s construction, renovation, and development accomplishments, over the past 35 years, Mr. Bacon has been an integral part of Procaccianti Companies’ growth through his participation on the Executive Board, Leadership Committee, and Investment Committee, providing guidance in all facets of the organization.

Mr. Bacon graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.

As Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Leven is responsible for overall portfolio development strategies which include all aspects of evaluation, analysis, and execution of real estate investment opportunities for Procaccianti Companies.

A principal and senior member of the Investment Committee for more than a decade, Mr. Leven has played a critical leadership role in driving the firm’s growth, having been involved with hundreds of transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and new hotel developments. His pragmatic approach, superior analytics, and entrepreneurial vision have led to the expansion of the firm’s national platform, which now comprises billions of dollars in diverse real estate assets currently under management.

Since joining the firm in 2002, Mr. Leven has also expanded relationships with institutional ownership groups, capital partners, and global hospitality brands like Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and InterContinental. Furthermore, through his leadership, Rob has helped to position Procaccianti Companies and its affiliates as one of the largest and most respected privately held real estate investment and management firms in the United States.

Prior to joining Procaccianti Companies, Mr. Leven held a senior position with a leading U.S. hotel brokerage firm. He was also one of the original founders of U.S. Franchise Systems in 1995.

Mr. Leven is a graduate of the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.

Mr. MacAdams, now semi-retired, serves as an emeritus board member having worked with both the first and second generations of leadership of the firm. Mr. MacAdams was instrumental in providing sound legal guidance to the organization over many years and has extensive of knowledge about its history, culture, and business practices.

Mr. MacAdams represented the firm and its principals since 1989, later joining the company full-time as Chief Legal Counsel in 2007. He served in this capacity through his retirement in 2021. Today he is routinely called upon to assist with select legal matters given his extensive institutional knowledge and experience with the firm.

Mr. MacAdams became admitted to practice law in 1975 at which time he joined the Providence firm of Adler Pollock & Sheehan Incorporated where he practiced law for fifteen years becoming a shareholder thereof, member of its Executive Committee and Head of its Litigation Department overseeing approximately twenty-five attorneys and paralegals. In 1990, Mr. MacAdams founded the Providence-based firm of MacAdams & Wieck Incorporated, the predecessor to the firm of MacAdams Wieck DeLuca & Gemma Incorporated. In the course of his practice, Mr. MacAdams represented publicly-traded and closely-held national and international businesses and individuals, in numerous jurisdictions throughout the United States in litigation involving a broad range of commercial and business areas of law.

Mr. MacAdams served for many years as a Member of the Executive Committee of the Rhode Island Bar Association and officer thereof, having served as its President from 1996 – 1997. Mr. MacAdams has also served as the Rhode Island State Delegate to the American Bar Association. Mr. MacAdams received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University and his Juris Doctor degree from Boston University.
