The 176-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in Providence, Rhode Island opened its doors to guests on October 1, 2019. Located at 100 Sabin Street, the all-suite Residence Inn Providence Downtown operates as a Marriott franchise, is owned by Procaccianti Companies and managed by TPG Hotels and Resorts of Cranston, Rhode Island. General Manager Viktor Nebesnyuk and Director of Sales & Marketing Mia Dawkins lead the management team at the property for TPG Hotels & Resorts. A Grand Opening celebration is being planned for later in the year.
