PROVIDENCE, RI – TPG Construction, the construction management affiliate of Procaccianti Companies, announced that it is nearing completion of its multi-million dollar renovation and brand conversion of the former Comfort Inn at TF Green Airport. Owned and operated by the firm since the mid 1980’s, the former Comfort Inn has undergone a comprehensive renovation and is set to re-launch as a Fairfield Inn by Marriott during Q2 of 2018.
