The Chapman House Hotel
February 2019: Procaccianti Companies acquired Chapman House. Originally built in 1830, the Chapman House is located within historic downtown Nantucket, Massachusetts.
ONE11 French Quarter Hotel
New Orleans, LA
February 2019: Procaccianti Companies commenced construction to convert a former sugar factory located within the French Quarter New Orleans into an 82 room luxury hotel.
The Veranda House Hotel
February 2019: Procaccianti Companies acquired Veranda House, which was built in 1684. The Veranda House is located within historic downtown Nantucket, Massachusetts.
Fort Lauderdale, FL
February 2019: Procaccianti Companies recapitalized The Westin Fort Lauderdale. The Westin offers 265 rooms and 33 luxury suites.
San Jose, CA
March 2019: Procaccianti Companies sold the AC Hotel San Jose. Catering to Silicon Valley, the AC Hotel is located in downtown San Jose, California.
Mill Falls Resort at the Lake
April 2019: Procaccianti Companies acquired Hampshire Hospitality Holdings, a collection of hospitality assets totaling 171 rooms in Meredith, New Hampshire.
Marriott Ft. Lauderdale North Hotel
Fort Lauderdale, FL
June 2019: Procaccianti Companies sold the Marriott Fort Lauderdale. The Marriott North offers 311 guest rooms and 4 suites located moments away from top area destinations..
Stonegate & Mandalay Villas Apts.
June 2019: Procaccianti Companies sold two Atlanta-suburb luxury apartment complexes; Stonegate at Eagle’s Landing (167 units) and Mandalay Villas Apartments (300 units).
The Lodge at Tiburon
August 2019: Procaccianti Companies acquired The Lodge at Tiburon. The lodge offers 103 guest rooms in a unique location which overlooks the San Francisco Bay.
The Toll House Hotel
Los Gatos, GA
August 2019: Procaccianti Companies acquired The Toll House Hotel. The 115-room Toll House Hotel offers a scenic location at the base of the Santa Cruz Mountains.
Residence Inn Providence Hotel
September 2019: Procaccianti Companies completed construction the 176-room Residence Inn Downtown Providence Hotel. The hotel opened in September 2019.
Holiday Inn Hotel Hartford – East
September 2019: Procaccianti Companies sold Holiday Inn Hartford. Located in an upscale corporate office park, the hotel is walking distance to downtown.
The Regatta Inn Hotel
November 2019: Procaccianti Companies acquired The Regatta Inn adding to the firm’s Nantucket portfolio. The Regatta Inn is a boutique hotel located in the heart of Downtown Nantucket.
Paradise Valley, AZ
December 2019: Procaccianti Companies sold The DoubleTree Paradise Valley Resort & Spa. The hotel has 378 Guestrooms and recently completed a comprehensive renovation.
Hilton Hotel Resort & Spa
December 2019: Procaccianti Companies sold the Hilton Scottsdale Resort and Villas. The hotel has a resort-style pool, outdoor lounge, 185 guestrooms and 35 detached villas.

December 2019: Procaccianti Companies partnered with an institutional lender to provide a $100mm facility to EMCAP Lending, Procaccianti’s private lending and strategic credit platform.
